Per Kathryn's art teacher regarding the 2012 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards:
"Please help me in congratulating the following ... photography students for their success at The Alliance for Young Artists & Writers in the SOUTH Region competition (see attached).
Kathryn Klokker 12 – Klokker 2 and Klokker - Silver Key and Honorable Mention
This is an outstanding performance from our school’s photography students as the competition, which included hundreds of thousands of artworks, was fierce among young artists representing more than fifteen southern states (AL, AR, DC, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WV)."
