Agarita jelly
For those of you who haven't tried it, our Agarita Jelly is amazing!! Unfortunately, it is a real pain to make!!! The actual cooking part is pretty easy. But, threshing the berries from the plants, cleaning the twigs and leaves (which are very sharp and pointy) and extracting the juice (it takes 5 pounds of those tiny berries per batch) is time consuming and sometimes painful.
Here is a picture of two of my Agarita slaves sorting berries...

Note from Kathryn: Kathryn wants to make sure that EVERYONE knows that she and Nick and Katelyn did most of the Agarita sorting/slave work. The picture above represents only a very, very small part of the actual work done. They (Erin and Jordyn) were primarily photo posers. (Although Erin and Jordyn think they worked super-hard.).
